• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
• We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide 48 hours notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• If you are late for your appointment, we may need to shorten the treatment time or reschedule, and the full fee may still apply.

3. Treatments

• Our treatments are available to individuals aged 18 and over. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age.
• The information provided on our website is for general purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
• Results from aesthetic treatments can vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. We will provide a thorough consultation to discuss expected outcomes.
• It is the client's responsibility to provide a full and accurate medical history. Madelaine Aesthetics is not liable for any damage caused by the client's failure to do so.

4. Payment

• Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required at the time of treatment.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and cash payments.

5. Liability

Madelaine Aesthetics and its staff are fully trained and insured. We will not be held liable for any adverse reactions to treatments if the client has not followed our pre- and post-treatment care advice, or has not disclosed their full medical history.
